Final report back

Finally, it is necessary for the workshop team along with the NT/e consultants to report back to senior management on the success of the pilot project. Specifically, they will want to report back on

• What the requirements were?
• Which methodologies were followed?
• How long it took to complete (e.g. time logs)?
• Where the success criteria met?
• Comments from participants on the applicability of MDA within the organisation.

At the end of this session, the decision of whether to introduce MDA into the organisation should be unequivocally answered.
